What level of support coordination do you offer?
We offer both Level 1 Support Connection and Level 2 Support Coordination. Level 1 focuses on helping participants understand their NDIS plan and connect with suitable services. Level 2 provides more in-depth assistance, including coordinating multiple supports, resolving service issues, and building participant capacity to manage supports independently.
